New growth hacks After we built an MVP had were confident in all core experiences were at a good standard it was time to get some users. We had almost no budget to begin with but with targeted outreach for PR and some growth hacks we went from 5 user to 100+ new user per day for a extended period.

Process

To avoid design debt I generally write a lot of (quite bad) creative first. This generally starts with research or drafting headline/strap lines and body, what angles or framing to take, scoping out general concept for different or new touch points. my goal is to find is either to improve or establish a new campaign that will match or lower the Cost per install rate.

All campaigns and version are collated and added to monthly reporting as part of our growth meetings.
