Starting point I have experience branding new and growing companies. After listening to requirements I focus on a single element, such as logo or typography before expanding to other aspects.

Summary
With input from the founders I designed and wrote Kaizen's brand guide. Having previously organised design systems for over 40 engineers, marketing and executive teams, I also knew how to structure the Figma so that later, if need it could scale across more teams or use third party softwares like storybook it could do so without friction.
