I excel at writing clear and concise copy, which is crucial for both for product management, effectively communicating value and addressing customer concerns. This was useful for my work for Kaizen, where improvement to copy in the paywall screens led to a 35% increase in conversion rate within 2 months of testing. Whilst at Gastfreund, I successfully implemented a design that could accommodate over 10 languages.
